TP SRd. M12 CSG (PMG) by JakezuGD TP SRd. M12 CSG (PMG) by JakezuGD
My first thing with borrowed parts. Yay. I guess.

Mark XII Combat Shotgun

A challenge was delivered to SR Division that they hadn't done before: a select-fire shotgun with semi-auto and full-auto capability. To fully realize this concept, SR Division got the aid of Specter Industries for the lower receiver and slightly modified it themselves.

To further develop the weapon, Hoss Armaments Corporation shotshells were used as a base for the three proprietary 12 gauge shell types that the M12 uses: BAP-SD (green, Body Armor Piercing Saboted Dart, tungsten darts with enhanced accuracy), AA-BC (gray, Anti Armor Blast Charge, delayed explosion sharp-tip grenade) and SBS (blue, Saboted Breaching Slug, single heavy projectile designed to break locks and hinges, also effective at longer range). In addition, the weapon accepts all other standard 12 gauge slugs, be it 00 Buckshot, Rhodesian Jungle, Dragon's Breath or what have you.

A heavy stock is mounted on the weapon to mitigate felt recoil from automatic fire. The weapon is also integrally suppressed, allowing it to be used for outdoor hunting and sporting purposes without the need for ear protection (144 dB). The civilian version has no select fire and is semi-automatic only.

Cartridge used: Any 12 gauge shotshell

Proprietary magazine size: 7 shells (box), 18 shells (drum)

Action: Recoil-operated

Firing modes: Semi-automatic and fully automatic

Effective range: 25-100 m, depending on projectile

Rate of fire: 240 RPM
